We currently schedule all of our appointments online using our scheduling system, Schedulicity. Please see the link below.

We charge 3% credit card processing fee. Other accepted methods of payment include Zelle and PayPal.

 

CASH DISCOUNT:

We offer a 10% discount on all of our regularly priced services, when paid by cash.

GROUPON DISCOUNT:

Promotional vouchers (GROUPON, etc) are only for NEW PATIENTS and will not be honored for returning customers. We accept ONLY ONE voucher from each new patient during the first visit. The voucher must be used during a single office visit and can not be used multiple times. We do not accept expired vouchers. 

 

If you are a NEW PATIENT and found our clinic on a social media site (GROUPON, etc) which offers a discount, we are happy to MATCH THE PRICE for your FIRST VISIT, if you pay us directly.

FRIEND REFERRAL DISCOUNT:

If you are an established patient and would like to refer your friend to our practice, we offer $50 friend referral discount for every new friend referral.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:

Let’s respect each other’s time. When you book your appointment with me, I have reserved this time just for you. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Same day cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show will result in $100 missed appointment fee.
