ABOUT US
Dr. Ilona DuBuske is the medical director and owner of Anastasia Medical Aesthetics, a boutique aesthetic practice, which offers a variety of services in aesthetic medicine in McLean, Virginia and Newton Center, Massachusetts.
Dr. DuBuske graduated with distinction from the honors program in biology at the University of New Hampshire, where she was selected for membership in the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She later received her doctorate in medicine as a physician from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. Dr. DuBuske has completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Massachusetts-affiliated facility St. Vincent’s Hospital, in Worcester, Massachusetts, and concluded a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is published in multiple medical journals.
Trained in Aesthetic Medicine and a member of the International Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Dr. DuBuske is known for her gentle touch, artistic eye, approachability, and caring demeanor. She is loved and appreciated by her patients with whom she keeps in close contact while providing “Aesthetic Concierge” services.
Dr. DuBuske strives to educate while providing the highest-quality aesthetic care to each and every patient.
Prior to becoming a physician Dr. DuBuske was a registered nurse working at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts. She has also served as a research assistant in the past in the Department of Allergy and Immunology at Harvard Medical School in Brigham and Woman’s Hospital.
In addition to medicine, Dr. DuBuske is an underwater photographer who enjoys capturing fashion, beauty and the vibrant sensuality of the underwater world. Her artwork has been displayed at fine art exhibits in the past, including most notably at an Art Soiree event at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Georgetown, Washington DC. Some of her most treasured photographs adorn her offices in McLean, Virginia and Newton Center, Massachusetts.
Dr. DuBuske enjoys international travel. She has a special affinity for the Bahamas where she actively provides medical supplies and healthcare assistance to the local community.
Having come to the United States over 20 years ago from Ukraine, Dr. DuBuske is well known in the Russian-speaking community.
